I’m very excited to meet you at my office in Chantilly!
A little about me… I am the dog mom of a rambunctious goldendoodle and an older labradoodle who wants nothing of the goldendoodle’s antics. I am the human mom of a young toddler who consistently seeks to terrorize as I negotiate for peace. I am married to a Marine Corps veteran that I have tamed myself. I am the daughter to immigrant parents, who brought me to this awesome country when I was young. And finally, I would love to be your dentist so that I may treat you as I would my own family.
Dentistry should be a light conversation without judgement or fear. I strive to create an open and positive environment for anyone walking through my door. I am ready to hear what you need and do what is right. My core value is to provide dentistry as a service to you based on healthy function, esthetics, and what YOU value.
No gimmicks or overdoing it with unnecessary work. I want you to be onboard with the things happening in your own mouth!

Hi! I’m excited to be part of the wonderful team at Simple Dental.
One of my favorite parts of dentistry is helping patients understand their oral health. I love breaking down complex information into something that’s easy to understand, so you never feel overwhelmed by unfamiliar terms or treatment recommendations. I take a thoughtful and conservative approach to treatment, paying close attention to the details and always making time to answer your questions and explain my recommendations. I believe that when you understand the “why” behind your care, you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Originally from Korea, I moved to Canada when I was young, and I’m fluent in both Korean and English. I enjoy caring for patients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of dentistry, you’ll usually find me listening to K-pop, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, enjoying a good bowl of pasta, or staying active with Pilates. I’ve also recently rediscovered my love for baking, which has become one of my favorite ways to unwind.
With my care, I hope you’ll always feel informed, confident, and genuinely cared for. I look forward to meeting you!

We’re the husband and wife team behind Simple Dental! Dr. Yoo takes care of the smiles, while Harry helps keep things running behind the scenes. We’re a small, family owned and operated practice in Chantilly, VA. We’re NOVA natives and have always called this area home. Well, technically, Dr. Yoo immigrated here from South Korea as a teenager, but this area has been home ever since.
We founded Simple Dental in 2022 with one simple belief: Do the right thing.
That means taking the time to listen, providing honest diagnoses, and working with you to find what makese sense for you. We believe good dental care isn’t about telling you what you have to do. It’s about working together to find the right approach for your health, your needs, and your circumstances.
We also know that visiting the dentist isn’t everyone’s favorite thing. Heck, we run a dental office, and even we don’t exactly look forward to sitting in the dental chair. But that’s also why we want to prioritize your comfort. Whether for a routine cleaning or something more involved, we want you to feel relaxed, heard, and confident in the care you receive. Questions are always welcome, and we’ll never make you feel bad about the condition of your teeth, or that you haven’t flossed in the past decade. Or so.
We’re not perfect, and we won’t pretend to be. But we’ll always strive to be honest, thoughtful, and fair. At the end of the day, if we’ve helped you feel more comfortable, better informed, and genuinely cared for, we consider that a win. Integrity matters, and that’s why we always try to ask ourselves, “What’s the next right thing?” That applies both in our practice and in everyday life.
